With a readership that extends far beyond the 1,400 students and faculty who daily attend the high school, The Rebellion has clearly established itself as a strong source of information regarding SKHS and the world.

Over the past five years, The Rebellion has become a perennial winner in The Providence Journal Scholastic Journalism competition.  Even more impressive, last winter the newspaper earned a Silver Medal in The Columbia University Scholastic Journalism Competition.
