Yah they enforce it, but being a guy i notice one thing, hot girl dressed inapropriatly, lets use shorts as an example, hot girls shorts are too short, and an excessivly overweight girls shorts are equally too short, why is it that the girl that happens to be very attrakctive always in trouble, and most of the time the single women enforcing this rule at skhs is usually not dressed to code herself, and disturbs much of the student body. And this says speak your mind, i am dont dissaprove, im using my right of freedom of speach
